Cyclone is a drawing made while riding on each roller coaster. While riding the roller coasters, a pen was fastened to the artist’s body and on a plexiglas surface. The motion of the ride makes the marks. The work is the result of multiple rides providing the layerings. The plexiglas plate was scanned and inverted and re-printed on a larger piece of plexiglas, to evoke the kinetic energy of each ride on an exaggerated scale.
