Initially created for Mabel Octobre’s installation-performance entitled “Les Sièces Obscurs” (The Dark Centuries), GL/TCH is an autonomous interactive installation. An Apple iMac G3 is modified in order to create real analogical glitches. The object used for the installation is a functional iMac. The more the spectator gets close to the computer, the more the iMac creates glitches, and between the images of the original OS the shape of the spectator appears on the screen.
