Diptych. Kodak photographic print on metallic paper. 100×150 cm each.

These suns were photographed in the Tarn during a contemporary art festival entitled Anarchisation in Fiac, June 2011. The association between this work and  the anarchist black flag evokes the theme of the festival but if one looks at the biographies and works of the duo formed by Magali Daniaux & Cédric Pigot (their work in the Arctic on the global planet, the management of fossil resources, the commodification of life), we understand that Black Sun is one of the founding works of this cycle, proposing a reflexion about energy and climate issues.
